When someone asks for my elevator speech, I first explain that I’ve held many unique positions in technology roles that have given me a 360-degree view of business not easily gained through a “normal” career path. I’ve filled the shoes of both a client and a consultant, I’ve worked across most verticals (Telecom, Retail, Insurance, Pharmaceutical, Travel and Hospitality, Banking, Government, etc), and with engineering and business education, I’m process and solution driven; uniquely understanding what drives the business decisions made by the executives I serve. The journey continues as I work to help clients reduce costs, improve efficiency, and decrease time to market.

Systems Engineering
Nextel - RF Engineer, with focus on optimization of the wireless network
Motorola - Deployed, upgraded and migrated 1G networks to 2G and 3G wireless. Systems included Motorola, Cisco, Informix, and multiple flavors of Linux (Red Hat, HP, SUN, Fedora). I lead the full deployment of 3G in 33 cities in the US.
Solutelia - Lead a team of 40 engineers designing and testing Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) for Verizon, AT&T and others. This included the testing of new DAS systems in Charlotte, NC for the Democrat National Convention.
Vendor Management (VM)
Lowe’s - Built a greenfield procurement office for IT. RFx process management for all strategic vendors and projects (Cognizant, Infosys, HCL, Capgemini, North Highland, Neoris)
Lowe’s - Vendor scorecard deployment for strategic service providers

Motorola - Technical Program and Project Management: Lead national deployment of 3G networks for 33 cities in the US
Cognizant - Program Manager for Managed Testing Center (Greenfield transition from staff augmentation to managed model), Program Manager for deployment of Workday at a Pharmaceutical company, Program Manager and architect of a solution to implement end to end management of software testing “quote to delivery” portal.

Special Projects
Lowe’s - Lead the 2011 budget cycle for 1000 person IT organization; requiring building new reports and collection methods using SharePoint portals. This was a project working directly for the CIO.
Cognizant - Lead the development of a “Testing as a Service” portal for a manufacturing client. The solution was built in SharePoint and enabled a start to finish business process for requesting, executing, reporting and invoicing QA services for SAP testing.
HCL Software - Financial reporting system architect, Content Management solution architect (both using SharePoint, Powerapps, and Power Automate)
Ensono - New Logo sales team portal build and deploy, MS Planner template creation for sales team use, Sales Process portal consulting. Launched Salesloft for sales team.
